First of all after you received your credits for voting the server you will need to enter in game from any character you want and go the warehouse(vault) to make sure that you have enough space to buy items from webshop (this will automatically make connection between webshop and warehouse). Exit game and return to webshop on webpage to buy the item wanted for a long time
